Karlee is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate as well as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She obtained her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University in 2022.
Karlee strives to create a warm, empathetic space where everyone feels safe, supported, and heard. She uses an integrated approach incorporating person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.
Karlee enjoys working with individuals of all ages as well as couples navigating relationships. Karlee enjoys helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. Karlee also has experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and is passionate about providing a judgement free space where clients are able to safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
For clients who seek it, Karlee aims to integrate a spiritual perspective and faith based principles that help provide a holistic approach that fosters both emotional and spiritual well-being.
Outside of the office, Karlee enjoys running, reading, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and long walks with her dog, Lennon.
