Anna Snow

Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University in 2020 and has a passion for working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s changes.

Anna enjoys helping clients work through anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and the many ups and downs that can come with adolescence and young adulthood. She believes therapy should feel comfortable and approachable, and she is known for her laid-back, genuine style that helps clients feel at ease.

Her counseling approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients better understand their thoughts, develop healthy coping skills, and build lives that align with what matters most to them.

Anna believes that growth is possible, even during difficult seasons, and she values the role that hope, faith, and purpose can play in the healing process. Her goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys reading, drinking lattes, and trips to the Outer Banks. She values faith, relationships, and the small moments that make life beautiful!
