Sarah Ottinger
Sarah works with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by relational wounds—especially those shaped by shame, fear, or performance based expectations. Sarah provides a place of understanding for those who are navigating the impact of relational trauma or struggling to feel a sense of belonging and worth.
Sarah's approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we are met with both honesty and care. Sarah creates a space where clients feel safe enough to explore their stories, challenge unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with who they truly are—beyond the roles they’ve played or the expectations
they’ve carried.
Sarah is particularly attuned to the quieter struggles people often carry—like the belief that they’re not enough, that they have to earn love, or that their pain disqualifies them from connection. Sarah understands the importance of being deeply seen and supported as you navigate these experiences.
Sarah offers a steady, grace-filled presence—someone who can walk alongside you with curiosity, patience, and hope. If you’re navigating relational pain or feeling stuck in your current season, Sarah would be honored to work with you.
Interns provide services at a reduced cost of $60 per session for individuals and $75 per session for marriage counseling. Interns do not bill insurance.
