Allison Whitfield

Allison is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern studying at Liberty University. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services with a concentration in Family Science. Allison is passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and families but is open to meeting with individuals from all walks of life.

Allison has worked with children and adolescents through various settings including schools, daycares, and more. Her warm, easy-going, and non-judgmental personality allows individuals to feel comfortable being themselves when meeting with her. Allison uses a person-centered approach which makes sure all the biological, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of the client are being met.

Allison is passionate about restoring an individual’s mental well-being and walking alongside them during difficult times. Allison is also dedicated to working with parents and families to create a healthy family system.
